Today marks exactly 5months since my surgery! I can’t thank Arrianna enough for the organisation and care she gave me as a solo traveler and for the life I now have back. I am happier than I have ever been!

Surgery day I was 94.3kg this morning I am 69.1 kg!

I only started exercising one month ago and now run 4 mornings a week. Every run has my 6 year old on her bike cheering me on. Sometimes my 4 year old too!

I have dropped from a size 18 to a size 10/12!

I feel amazing! I have energy every day!

The best thing is I have done this with my husband who went on Arrianna’s November tour!

If you are thinking about it, do it! You won’t regret it!
